This morning I went to weight watchers to get weiged as I am working in the morning. I am so pleased to say that I have lost 3 &1/2 lbs this week!! I know - what a great result. I received my 10% book which means that I have lost 10% of my total BMI. Also on top of that I recieved my 2nd silver 7!!! I am still grinning :-)
My weight now stands at 9 stone 10&1/2 lbs. I was told that this could be my goal weight but as I feel I could lose a small few more lbs I was told that going down to 9 stone 4 will still be a healthy weight so that will be my official goal weight. I am soo pleased that after months of trying I am so close to reaching my goal weight.
My measurements have also changed.
I have lost 1 inch on my waist.
I have lost 2 inches on my bust.
I have lost 1/2 an inch on my hips.
This week I tracked everything I ate. I also went for a meal in a Chinese and chose King prawn chow mein as it seemed one of the healthiest options and I am still eating a lot of fish so it seemed the best thing to order. I drank lots of water and ate lots of fruit also. The fact that I was writing down everything I ate made it a lot easier to avoid all the things I shouldn't eat as I did not want to write down those things.
I also joined a boot camp with the local gym - Leisure world in Churchfield which was fantastic! It is lots of running, jogging, crunches and other stomach exercises. There was a free trial last night so myself and a few of the girls went along to try it out. It will run for 4-6 weeks from what I can remember and will be 3 days a week. Although I will only more than likely do 2 days some weeks because of work I have every intention of turning up whenever I can. There were lot of other woman there which was great and it was outdoors which was something I was really pleased about as I never get to go much activities outdoors except walking so this ticks all the boxes for me. I will be keeping everyone informed about the boot camp in the coming weeks. This will help with all the toning that I need and I will also attend 1 Zumba class a week as I love it too much.
I hope all of you out there have had a good week. Let me know if you have joined a boot camp or something like it on your area and how it helped?
Regards,
Naoimh
