I went for my weigh in this morning and I am happy to say that I have lost 1 lb this week which is a great result. I attended my 2 Zumba classes in which my friend also joined and really liked it. It's great when you have somebody to enjoy having fun working out with. It doesn't seem like such a task then - more like 2 mothers getting a break and exercising at the same time.

Eating habits have stayed the same - I am still cutting down on carbohydrates, still using soya milk and still drinking plenty of water and berry tea. I am also tracking my points which I feel is still VERY important.
Today's Weight Watchers class was really busy with a lot of new members joining. It's great when there are lots of people at class to encourage each other and swap good tips and ideas. I didn't stay for class today though, I only got weighed. I hate missing class as I feel it really helps me and I also like hearing how other people are getting on. I will be attending next week but I might be changing to a different weigh day as I am going back to work soon. How exciting :-)
