I have really been neglecting my Blog lately, but to be honest with the whole build up to Christmas and especially as it was Michaela's first I have been more than distracted the last few weeks. Also with the stress of getting things organised I haven't been following much a healthy eating plan either. As I am writing this I realise just how ''forgetful'' I have been. I am not due back to Weight Watchers and Zumba till January so I feel that I need to start the motivation this week before throwing myself back in the deep end. I don't want to feel that I am pushing myself too hard, after all it's been about 3 weeks since I actually filled out my tracker or did anything that remotely resembles exercise!!..
On the bright side I am looking forward to getting back in my routine and having more energy from eating healthy again as I feel eating the wrong foods were making me tired and cranky..
I am dreading to stand on the scales in Weight Watchers as I haven't been weighed since the first week of December so it will be almost a full month when I actually do get weighed. I am thinking that I have put on more than a few lbs which is expected after Christmas from all the over indulging in delicious food. So I am preparing myself for the worst when I do go back.
As a present I received Zumba for Play Station which I cannot wait to play!
It has a camera to see my movements and also a belt I put around my waist to control my hip movements. I was so excited when I got it. I should be able to do even a half hour on the days that I don't have Zumba class to get me working out more than I usually do. I love my Zumba classes but with the weather the last few weeks I did not attend as amny classes as I had usually do.So having this means I can always catch up on my dancing even if I do happen to miss a class.
I am bursting with enthusiasm for excercising which I suppose everyone gets at this time of year so just getting up and doing the work is the only thing left to do. I have had a great Christmas but I am ready to leave the party season behind me and look forward to a new year filled with new possibilities. So cheers to future health and happiness...
Kindest Regards,
Naoimh
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR...
