This is a quick post to let all my readers know that I am back blogging. I have changed the name as you may have noticed. Everything else will remain the same, I am back on my journey of healthy living and exercise as best I can. I will post regularly here and on my Facebook page also.

COOLTEC BODY SCULPTING - 8DAYS POST TREATMENT

It is now 8 days post my Cooltec Body Sculpting Treatment and I am pleased to say that I am seeing significant results already. I know the treatment takes up to 3 months to see the full effect but from what I am seeing now I cannot wait to see the finished result.My stomach has gone in quiet a bit from what it was. I do not have any bloating and I feel that my clothes are a bit loose too!

I am experiencing some discomfort though which is really painful. I get these pain like surges through small areas of where my stomach was treated, it is hard to explain because although it is pain it is also really itchy - a bit like prickly heat I suppose?! From checking reviews a lot of people have had this side effect too so I am not too worried it's just really irritating. Other than that I am fine, I haven't got any bruising which I have checked would be normal. I will keep you posted of any changes in the coming weeks when I start my other 2 treatments, and of course I have photos for before & after, but I will keep those for a later date!
